TCorp employs trained technicians who use the latest infrared imaging tools to identify inconsistent and non-existent insulation, air leaking into and out of conditioned spaces, and leaking air supply ductwork. Preventative maintenance surveys identify electrical connections at circuit panels and motor control centers that are out of heat tolerances, overheating motors and mechanical systems demonstrating signs of failure.
Water puddles from a leak had been observed on the floor of this particular site. Here, the ceiling shows no sign of water damage from the leak.
With an infrared camera, however, the water damage was identified. This thermal image captures the same spot on the ceiling as the previous photo.
