Building Modeling

TCorp uses industry standard computer modeling programs to determine the difference between the amount of energy a building was designed to use and what historical energy consumption signifies. Many buildings were never properly commissioned at the end of construction, or, if commissioned, were never revisited to “tune up” the mechanical systems after the first year break-in period.
Experience shows that most buildings are using approximately 15% more energy than necessary just because the systems were not adjusted for optimal performance after the first year of operation.
