TCorp has trained technicians who use the latest infrared imaging tools to identify inconsistent and non-existent insulation, air leaking into and out of conditioned spaces, leaking air supply ductwork.  Preventative maintenance surveys identify electrical connections at circuit panels and motor control centers that are out of heat tolerances, overheating motors and mechanical systems demonstrating signs of failure.

TCorp uses industry standard computer modeling programs to determine the difference between the amount of energy a building was designed to use and what historical energy consumption signifies. 

E Building Commissioning and Retro-commissioning:

TCorp offers comprehensive commissioning services.

Many buildings were never properly commissioned at the end of construction, or, if commissioned, were never revisited to “tune up” the mechanical systems after the first year break-in period. Experience shows that most buildings are using approximately 15% more energy than necessary just because the systems were not adjusted for design after the first year of operation.
