Job Details:
TCorp is an energy management services company providing energy audits, project design and management and building re-commissioning.
Positions include:
Certified Energy auditors (CEA), Certified by the Association of Energy Engineers, with experience auditing all sizes of commercial and industrial building systems including HVAC and lighting controls and demonstrating a strong emphasis on operations and maintenance.
Professional Electrical and Mechanical Engineers with a passion for sustainable building design.
Business development professionals who have experience in the government sector.
The right individuals will have the ability to work closely with office staff, designers, contractors, and business development personnel. Experience with Auto desk CAD, Microsoft Word and Excel and building modeling software is a plus. TCorp is a “start-up” and is seeking its place within the energy efficiency and renewable energy arena. TCorp is registered as a Veteran Owned Small Business and may serve as a sub-contractor to large government energy services providers throughout the world. Travel is required. Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to work within schedule, their ability to communicate both orally and in writing, as well as work in tight spaces and high places; the use of appropriate safety devices is always required.
Experience in the following is desired but not required:
Experience with Building Automation Systems programming
Master Electrician license
Commissioning credentials
Work experience with HVAC equipment maintenance
